The Technical Course in Information Technology develops and trains professionals to work in public, private and third sector institutions that demand computational systems, especially involving computer programming. Its purpose is to train technicians with a humanistic, cultural and marketing view of IT, in order to design and implement the new services in a market that is becoming more dynamic, competitive and open.

The IT Technician uses different operating systems and database management systems, and develops computer programs using different programming languages. This professional also carries out activities related to the assembly and maintenance of computers and is able to manage, install and maintain computer networks.
