Educação jurídica no ensino médio integrado da educação profissional e tecnológica brasileira: estudo da efetividade para formação integral no Instituto Federal Fluminense – campus Macaé

Resumo

Na presente pesquisa foi abordada a educação jurídica, no ensino médio integrado, visando a efetividade da formação integral, no âmbito da educação profissional tecnológica, em unidades da Rede Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica (RFEPCT). Os Institutos Federais de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia (IFs), aspirando currículos adequados para os cursos do ensino médio integrado, buscam incorporar conhecimentos básicos e técnicos, suprindo não só as demandas do mercado, mas, sobretudo objetivando uma formação integral de seus alunos, por meio de estímulos e apoio a processos educativos que levem à geração de trabalho e renda e à emancipação do cidadão na perspectiva do desenvolvimento socioeconômico local e regional. Deste modo, com a pesquisa buscou-se avaliar a efetividade da educação jurídica, no ensino médio integrado, para a educação profissional tecnológica, com vista à construção do pensamento crítico de uma sociedade livre, justa e solidária, como defendido pela constituição brasileira. Teve como hipótese a implementação de forma extracurricular do conteúdo transversal de educação jurídica, disseminando informações e conhecimentos básicos jurídicos, sobretudo, àqueles relacionados aos direitos e garantias fundamentais constitucionais, a fim de atingir, verdadeiramente, as finalidades educacionais da formação integral e as metas instituídas pela Constituição do Brasil e pela Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional. Para tanto, foi proposto realizar uma avaliação diagnóstica, por meio de pesquisa exploratório-descritiva, sobre temas jurídicos de interesses para a comunidade discente, delineado por uma revisão teórico-conceitual, com técnicas bibliométricas, além da pesquisa-ação, visto que houve a participação planejada da pesquisadora na situação problemática a ser investigada, culminando na elaboração do produto educacional (PE): uma plataforma digital criada para oferecer ao usuário, em um mesmo ambiente virtual, diversas opções de hipertextos jurídicos, de modo a ampliar o acesso deste tema à comunidade discente, contribuindo para ampliação da leitura sobre a formação jurídica dos estudantes, para a transversalidade no ensino da Rede Federal de Educação Profissional Tecnológica e, sobretudo, para a educação transformadora do ser humano.

Abstract

In this research, legal education in integrated high school was addressed, aiming at the effectiveness of comprehensive training, in the context of technological professional education, in units of the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education (RFEPCT). The Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology (IFs), aspiring curricula suitable for integrated high school courses, seek to incorporate basic and technical knowledge, not only meeting market demands, but, above all, aiming at a comprehensive education for their students, through incentives and support for educational processes that lead to the generation of work and income and the emancipation of citizens from the perspective of local and regional socioeconomic development. Thus, the research sought to assess the effectiveness of legal education, in integrated secondary education, for technological professional education, with a view to building critical thinking in a free, fair and solidary society, as defended by the Brazilian constitution. It was hypothesized to implement the crosscurricular content of legal education in an extracurricular way, disseminating basic legal information and knowledge, especially those related to fundamental constitutional rights and guarantees, in order to truly achieve the educational purposes of comprehensive training and the established goals by the Constitution of Brazil and by the Law of Guidelines and Bases for National Education. Therefore, it was proposed to carry out a diagnostic evaluation, through exploratory-descriptive research, on legal topics of interest to the student community, outlined by a theoretical-conceptual review, with bibliometric techniques, in addition to action research, since there was the planned participation of the researcher in the problematic situation to be investigated, culminating in the elaboration of the educational product (PE): a digital platform created to offer the user, in the same virtual environment, several options of legal hypertexts, in order to expand access to this theme to the student community, contributing to the expansion of reading about the legal education of students, to the transversality of teaching in the Federal Network of Professional Technological Education and, above all, to the transformative education of human beings.
