PRÁTICA PROFISSIONAL NA EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL E TECNOLÓGICA BRASILEIRA: ESTUDO DE CASO NO CURSO TÉCNICO INTEGRADO AO ENSINO MÉDIO EM INFORMÁTICA DO IFFLUMINENSE CAMPUS ITAPERUNA/RJ

Resumo

Esta pesquisa se insere na linha de pesquisa Práticas Educativas em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica do Mestrado Profissional em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia Fluminense (IFF) e possui como tema a prática profissional na Educação Profissional Técnica de Nível Médio (EPTNM) a partir da necessidade de investigar as concepções e representações relativas à prática profissional desenvolvida no Curso Técnico Integrado ao Ensino Médio em Informática do IFFluminense campus Itaperuna/RJ. Esse estudo caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa tendo seus procedimentos de coletas de dados subsidiados pela pesquisa bibliográfica, análise documental e entrevista individual semiestruturada. O objetivo geral da pesquisa consiste em conhecer as concepções e representações sobre a prática profissional no IFFluminense campus Itaperuna com vista a fornecer subsídios para analisar o potencial da integração entre a Aprendizagem Baseada em Projetos (ABProj) e a Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas (ABProb) como possível caminho para a efetivação da prática profissional. Os resultados indicam que articulação entre as metodologias contribui positivamente para o desenvolvimento de projetos que articulam a prática profissional promovendo a integração entre a teoria, a prática, o ensino, a pesquisa e a extensão, no contexto do Ensino Médio Integrado.

Abstract

This research is part of the research line Educational Practices in Professional and Technological Education of the Professional Master's Degree in Professional and Technological Education of the Fluminense Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology (IFF) and has as its theme the professional practice in High School Technical Professional Education (HSTPE) from the need to investigate the conceptions and representations related to the professional practice developed in the Technical Course Integrated to High School in Informatics at the IFFluminense campus Itaperuna/RJ. This study is characterized as a research with a qualitative approach, having its data collection procedures subsidized by bibliographic research, document analysis and semi-structured individual interview. The general objective of the research is to know the conceptions and representations of professional practice at the IFFluminense campus Itaperuna in order to provide subsidies to analyze the potential of the integration between Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Problem-Based Learning (PBL) as possible path to the realization of professional practice. The results indicate that articulation between methodologies contributes positively to the development of projects that articulate professional practice, promoting the integration between theory, practice, teaching, research and extension, in the context of Integrated High School.
